The Vienna Review is Austria’s premium English-language newspaper, appearing monthly, ten times a year.

The VR is looking for writers based in Vienna, and Central and Eastern Europe

• to report and analyse current affairs, and social and cultural trends in the region
• to review the arts, restaurants, nightlife, and architecture
• to review books from or about the region

The VR is a writers’ paper. Its monthly production schedule allows for in-depth research and top-quality journalism, criticism, and feature writing. We pay our writers per article, on a freelance basis.
