Vienna Lit Book Group

Discuss contemporary texts in the English Studies library at the University of Vienna while enjoying a variety of snacks and drinks. The next point of discussion with be Gilead by Marilynne Robinson, acclaimed by critics and winner of the 2005 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction, the 2004 National Book Critics Circle Award for Fiction, and the 2005 Ambassador Book Award.

International Book Fair

More than 100,000 books by Antiquarian booksellers, bargainers and private vendors will be exhibited and sold. The books available cover everything from children’s books, biblical books, and cheap paperback books as well as in depth academic literature.

Book Presentation by  Poet John Mateer

A collection of South African poems entitled Ex-White / Einmal Weiss will be presented at Shakespeare and Company Booksellers. Mateer is a Native South African but currently lives in Australia. He is the author of five published books.
